Dr. Gregory L. Johnson earned his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, after earning his Bachelor’s of Science from Mississippi State University. He developed a fascination for Behavioral and Developmental Optometry and finished his education with his last clinical rotation at The Center for Vision Development in Paragould, Arkansas. His interest in vision began during high school after a chicken knocked his glasses off. The experience caused him to study vision more deeply and seek a career in behavioral and developmental vision. When not practicing optometry, Dr. Johnson loves to spend his time in the gym, putting puzzles together with his wife, and having family game nights.
