Payment Options and Discounts
We offer the following payment options for vision therapy:
- Monthly payments paid directly to our office with a credit card on file (charged either the 1st/15th of each month).
- Quarterly payments with cash/check/credit card
- Half payment in full with cash/check/credit card with remaining monthly payments (charged either the 1st/15th of each month)
- Payment in full with cash/check/credit card
- Care Credit (no discounts apply)
We offer the following discounts:
- 5% additional family member
- 5% quarterly payments, half payment or payment in full (excludes Care Credit)
**Please note – there is a 5% cap on all discounts**
